Established in 1979, Travelbag is a long haul, tailor-made travel specialist with 30 years of knowledge and experience. Its area of expertise is key areas of Australia, New Zealand, Far East, USA/Canada, Africa, Middle East/Indian Ocean, Cruise and Latin America. Owning has retail shops in prime UK high street locations, it also has an online booking engine and a 2 dedicated call centres handling hundreds of calls and bookings every day.

Travelbag’s loyal customer base is largely made up of independent travellers looking for a holiday experience that provides some adventure and an alternative to the standard package holiday. Travelbag customers tend to be affluent and either young city dwellers, or older, distinguished travellers living in rural areas Travelbag offers the opportunity to work on a fantastic brand and the chance to work with learned colleagues and customers who enjoy the delights of travel.

The Global Travel Group was formed in 1992 to provide assistance to those entrepreneurs looking to start their own travel agencies. Since then The Global Travel Group has grown in strength and our members now enjoy fantastic commercial terms with leading suppliers and award winning in-house technology. The Global Travel Group has a tried and tested business model that can suit individual requirements and has an impeccable reputation within the market. The Group has grown rapidly, launching a number of exclusive products including an in-house accommodation provider and flight consolidator allowing members to package holidays. We now have over 750 agencies who work with The Global Travel Group selling a wide variety of products and trading in a number of different ways.

Travel 2 is our trade-only brand, providing a range of tailor-made holidays to travel agents across the UK. We specialise in holidays to Australasia and South America, but have a wide range of product offerings to ensure we satisfy all of our customer requirements. Travel 2 has won many Industry awards and the brands stands firm in the industry as one of high quality and standards.
