Job Description

We are currently seeking a suitably experienced individual to work in our branch in North Wales as a Part Time Recruitment Compliance Consultant.This diverse role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are currently working in care or are seeking a new challenge that will utilise their skills in a forward thinking companyThe overall role is to provide care workers with line manager support and to ensure they are providing a high quality service in accordance with policies and procedures.Duties Include: * To ensure agency staff maintain full compliance in accordance with the Care Quality Commission and any other relevant legislation or company protocol * Recruitment and selection of appropriate care staff * Allocation of most suitable carers to clients * Visiting both new and existing client to establish business levels * Re-assessing clients care plans * Business generation via telephone calls * Provide on call cover as part of the team * Maintenance of care staff records and all associated administration In return, we will offer a competitive salary, career progression and the opportunity to work for a high profile company.Allied healthcare is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, adults and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment
