Our client sells some of the most prestigious vehicles in the world and they take great pride in their policy of providing the standards of professionalism and quality that you would naturally associate with their brands.

As a result of business development, they are looking to recruit an exceptional Used Car Sales Manager who can reflect these standards in every aspect of their work – providing the very best service to their highly valued customers.

Candidates must have experience as a Car Sales Manager and should be able to demonstrate the following on a daily basis:

• €¢ To operate within the stock limit as authorised by the General Sales Manager.

• €¢ To maintain the Used Car display area in an immaculate condition to a standard acceptable to the General Manager and General Sales Manager

• €¢ To ensure the accurate valuation for all part exchanges, to ensure the highest possible part exchange valuation is achieved.

• €¢ To strictly adhere to Stock Management Criteria.

• €¢ Ensure that the Internet site is 100% accurate and up to date daily.

• €¢ To be abreast of current market conditions, competitor’s activity and pricing of used cars.

• €¢ To exceed used car targets

This is very hands-on role and the person appointed will:

• €¢ have an outstanding record of sales achievement

• €¢ be a motivator, capable of leading, developing and coaching a team of sales consultants

• €¢ be highly organised to ensure that all company and manufacturer’s disciplines, procedures and reporting analysis are strictly adhered to

• €¢ have an understanding of database management and be able to realise its potential to market and drive the business forward

• €¢ lead by example

You must be motivated by job satisfaction and the desire to achieve outstanding results. You must be able to generate a strong and enthusiastic team spirit and encourage total commitment to produce high performance from your team.

The position offers excellent terms including a basic salary of 25K with an ote of 50K plus a fully expensed executive car, management development programme, generous holiday allowance, pension and life assurance schemes.
