• What’s involved with this role:

This placement will be devoted to the further development of a Housing Options website across 6 north Wales local authorities.

You will need to have previous experience in the area of housing policy and housing allocations and ideally have experience of managing projects involving web-based tools to improve customer information and access to services.

IMPORTANT notes:

1) At the risk of stating the obvious, our clients are looking for CVs that match the “Essentials” listed below.

• “Essentials” for inclusion within on your CV: Give yourself the best chance of getting appointed by ensuring that your CV shows the following PROMINENTLY:

- Previous proven Project Management experience within housing services [Policy & Housing Allocations]
- Advanced IT skills involving web-based tools

• Other useful, but non-essential, details to include on your CV, if applicable:

- Any local authority or other public sector experience
- Any relevant qualifications held or being studied for

• Anticipated Length of Assignment: Temporary role for 2-3 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.

• Hours per week: 37, Monday – Friday, normal working hours
