We are currently recruiting for an interim Cost Accountant to join our client based in Flintshire. Our client requires a temporary cost accountant to join their Finance Department to cover a period of illness (2-3 months)

You will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining a computer based product costing system for a company with a complex product structure and annual turnover in excess of £45 million.
  • Analyse margins by product and by customer
  • Liaise with Development, Purchasing, and Sales on product price changes
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets used for stock valuation
  • Assist in valuation of monthly stock take



    • To apply for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
  • Solid experience working as a cost accountant within a finance department
  • Cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work to work in a detailed and accurate manner
  • You must be proficient using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Radius would be an advantage
