Human Resources Manager

Chester, circa £40,000 pro rata

Stella Travel Services UK Ltd is represented by three companies, Travel 2 Limited, Travelbag and The Global Travel Group covering both the retail and wholesale travel market.

We are currently seeking to attract an expert HR generalist who will take ownership of the HR agenda for a specific business area and drive it to deliver clear objectives and tangible results. This is an exceptional chance to shape and drive the way the business delivers its HR services, long term.

The ideal candidate will display substantial generalist experience including time spent in a partnership working role. They will have expertise in delivering sizeable projects and solid experience of organisational change. We are looking for someone to challenge and influence at the highest levels, who has the commercial acumen to deliver cost-effective Best Practice and who will have the confidence and resilience to make an impact from day one.

This position is an interim role for 9 months to cover maternity leave.
