Casual Customer Service Consultant - ABERYSTWYTH

Customer Service Consultant – Casual Engagement (maximum of 12 consecutive weeks)

Post Office Ltd has the largest retail network in Europe. We serve 28 million customers who make twice as many visits to our branches every week.

Building a great rapport with your customers will come naturally to you and you will be part of a busy team, driving sales of our innovative products and services. You will work in all areas of the Post Office, including the Counter, Postshop, Travel Area and Meet and Greet.

We need you to have:

The ability to communicate easily and effectively with customers, actively listening to them and matching our products to their needs

The passion to be the best and driven to meet sales targets

Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to work as part of an effective team

Hourly rate: £8.22

Hours: As required

Assessment: If you are selected to attend an assessment for this role you will be required to complete an interview, role play exercise and a floor walking exercise.
