• What’s involved:

You will be supporting the schools catering and schools cleaning services. In general terms you will be engaged in general office administration and support duties involving a variety of tasks using Word, Excel and Outlook.

You are also likely to be getting involved with telephone answering, copying, scanning, filing and elements of data entry/systems updating.

More specifically the role will include providing day to day contact and support for schools for mid-morning milk and free breakfast.

• Anticipated Length of Assignment: 6+ months initially, though considered likely to be extended.
