Our client is a leading charity that provides care and support for older people through a national network of residential care homes, sheltered housing and community services. The 90 bed home is situated in Aberystwyth and benefits from close links with the local community and support groups.

They are looking for a Care Manager to support the Nursing Manager of a 40 bed specialist nursing unit within the home. The unit provides care for nursing and residential dementia clients. In conjunction with the nursing manager you will provide leadership and support to all nursing and care staff within the nursing home.

The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, and our client offers a final salary pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, sickness benefit and several incentives which are unique to their charity. You will need to be RGN qualified with experience in a similar role.
