Job Description
This three star hotel in North Wales is looking to recruit an experienced Chef De Partie to help take its restaurant to Rosette standard.
This hotel would like to appoint a Chef de Partie to assist in the preparation of top quality meals. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and be able to work well in a team. You should have a quality CDP background, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
The Head Chef is looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to move and motivate their career with plenty of enthusiasm and culinary flair. You should have CDP experience, preferably to Rosette standard, but good quality experience is essential. Reporting directly to the Head Chef
You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a good quality establishment at a Chef de Partie level. It is also necessary that applicants possess a food hygiene certificate.
In line with the requirements of the asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
