We currently have a part time position available working as a Service Desk Operator. The purpose of this role is to answer incoming telephones calls from the companies branches across the UK advising and offering information on a range of different IT systems, contact telephone numbers and external technical systems including point of sale equipment.

The hours of work are:

7.30am - 11.30am and / or

2.30pm - 6.30pm

You need to be available for both these shifts.

You would be working a in a relaxed but busy call centre answering calls at the first stage, if the call is unable to be resolved then the call is taken to a higher level where another team take over the call.

To apply for this role you need to have a high level of ICT skills, very strong customer skills and a real can do attitude towards work.
