Job Description
My Exclusive client who are a market leading Life and Pensions organisation are looking for a heavy weight Head of Service Delivery who has experience of managing teams of up to 40 people and of site call centres, areas of responsibility are service assurance, governance, you will have gravitas but also good stakeholder management. You will ideally have financial services background and if it is life and pensions it would be even better. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market leader who is expecting massive growth in 2010 and beyond.
