Job title: finance assistant

Location: Conwy

Sector: secretarial & administration

Salary:£7.00 per hour (temporary assignment)

Our client, is currently seeking a Finance Assistant to work from their Conwy offices. This is a temporary position, and is offered on an indefinate basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the provision of accountancy services to senior managers
  • Help with the preparation and control of divisional budgets
  • Dealing with customers and employees face to face and over the telephone
  • Assist with general administrative duties including keeping records updated and raising invoices

Preferred Skills:

  • We are looking for someone who can work individually as well as within a team
  • You must have previous finance experience, specifically within an administrative role

Personal Attributes:

  • Self motivated
  • Self driven
  • Excellent organisational skills are essential in this role

Normal working week is 37.50 hours per week working between 8.45am and 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am and 4.45pm Friday
