Full Description:
We are seeking a RGN/RMN at Roden Hall, a residential and nursing care home that has recently been completely refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. Set in more than three acres of wooded and lawned grounds, it is situated in the centre of the peaceful village of Roden.
At The Caring Homes Group care is of an exceptional standard and delivered by qualified nurses and trained carers to residents on an individual basis.
Therefore we seek experienced professionals with a strong focus on delivering highly personalised care to each individual and offer the salary and conditions to match. Staff are encouraged to continue training and updating their skills and practices through in-house training.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:-
•To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the service user\'s needs
•To create and maintain with the home\'s staff an environment in which all members of staff can contribute to the maximum of their ability in providing a high standard of skilled nursing care to the service users and encourage recognition of the service user as an Individual. (See Charter of Rights of Service Users)
•To enable Service Users to live a fuller life style within the nature of their capability/disability
•To know what is meant by British Standard, what constitutes this standard and how it assists the home to maintain and promote standards of care and administration in the home
•To demonstrate awareness of how clinical procedures related to service users care are carried out and administered to maintain their well being and to prevent symptoms of ill being
•To demonstrate dissemination of information and reporting to Manager
•To recognise the legal implications of nursing documentation
•To be aware of demonstrate relevant statutory legislation and company policies and procedures e.g. CS Act, NMC guidelines, Health and Safety (see role specification)
•To adhere to all procedures (see Policies & Procedures Manuals) implemented in the Home and demonstrate understanding in practice
•To assess, implement and evaluate care for the residents

•Previous experience in a similar role
•Must be an NMC Registered Nurse
•Strong team skills
•To be person centric
•Good interpersonal skills
•Good oral/written communication skills
•Solid administrative skills
•Awareness of current Health and Safety Procedures
•Demonstrate commitment to the values of the company
