Job Description
A Senior Chef De Partie is sought by small stunning hotel in the heart of North Wales.
This busy and lively hotel in the heart of North Wales is well known for its pub and restaurant food so the ideal candidate will you will to have an eye for detail and be enthusiastic. Your duties will include assisting the senior chefs in the general running of the kitchen, from ordering to the preparation and serving of cuisine to the highest standards. The restaurant provides an excellent environment to work in, the ideal candidate must be comfortable within a team environment.
This establishment requires a candidate who is willing to learn, with the ability to communicate and train junior members of the brigade. The ideal candidate for this role will be dedicated to ensuring that the best of methods are met and maintained at all times. You must be experienced in fresh produce and have 1-2 years experience at this level. Should also possess NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent and food hygiene certificate.
Applicants must currently reside within the UK.
