We currently have vacancies in our Operations Support department for Operations Executives.
This role reports to the Reservations Manager, and is based at the headoffice near Chester.
Purpose of position
To provide support to Stella travel Services customers to fulfill bookings and ensure that any booking affected by any change or indeed any issue which could impact bookings are managed timely and within agreed service levels, having full accountability for your results.
You will be available to fulfill shift pattern requirements of 37.5 hours per week between 0800 – 2000 Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1800 Saturday and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Clear allocated bookings in terms of land and transfers product within service levels.
Contact agents to advise of any land/building works or changes to transfers and follow business guidelines to protect revenue and customer/agent experience.
Document all changes to existing land / transfer arrangements keeping an accurate account of any alterations and contact made with clients in our system.
Investigate solutions to problems arising from involuntary changes to existing bookings.
Communicate land travel policies to any agents affected by any issue and resolve booking to meet the needs of the customer and business.
Service external e-mails from third party stakeholders / our agents / clients and internal communications.
Ensure telephone/e-mail enquiries or information is dealt with in a helpful, professional and precise manner ascertaining requirements in order to resolve query within agreed Service Level.
Feedback to Land/Sales/Operations Managers any issues in a timely manner.
Be available to offer assistance and advice to colleagues.
Adhere to all SLA’s and meet all KPI’s.
Deliver a first class customer service to internal and external suppliers/agents.
Any other task, project or responsibility as directed by the business.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
·PC literate and strong understanding of all operations processes
·Ability to multi-task
·Travel experience would be beneficial
·Confident, positive and enthusiastic
·Accuracy and ability to work to a ‘right first time’ goal
·Communicate effectively to all levels
