Full Description:
The Health and Social Care programme area are looking to expand their team of trainer assessors to deliver NVQs on various contracts, to include a proportion of Health and Social Care cadets. This is an extremely successful programme for 16 to 22 years olds run in conjunction with Skills Academy for Health.
As a result we are looking to recruit an NVQ Trainer/Assessor who will provide training, advice and assessment to candidates participating on a wide range of Health, Social and Care NVQ programmes both in the workplace, at the College’s training premises and with the HSC Cadet programme staff.
Holding an Assessor qualification (D32/D33 or A1) and an appropriate professional or vocational qualification to Level 3 minimum, you must be able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience of working, supervising and managing a caseload within a Health and Social Care setting.
The post involves working 37 hours per week and will based at Tower Quays Business Park, Birkenhead and Carlett Park Campus Eastham.
